To handle the business processes of Emami 2 company codes were created, Emami had a total of 7 manufacturing plants of which 5 plants were taking care of the domestic markets and 2 plants were export licensed. There were total 35 Retail trading Plants across India for distribution of goods. 25 pricing procedures in SAP-SD,
10 Pricing procedures in MM were implemented.
As Emami is a large FMCG with complex business processes like Journey cycle (28 days month), valuation types stocks, Buy back plants, services, sub contracting and several others which were all implemented into SAP.

Developed and implemented the entire design, technical coding for Flow of Logic, Data Structures, Data Designing, Screen Forms, Fields, Formulae execution, Sequence of events, Reporting Formats & Methods using Oracle - 200 tables, VB - 200 forms & Crystal Reports -1000 Nos

Had collaborated with team from UNEP (United Nations Energy Program) for arriving at Cost efficiency of all Plant & Machinery for manufacturing cement.
